ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน 

1.ท่านตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามแนวปฏิบัติ คำสั่ง ระเบียบการดำเนินงาน นโยบายและคำแนะนำทั้งหลายเกี่ยวกับการสั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม รวมถึงการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมใดๆในสิ่งที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นซึ่งออกใช้บังคับโดยทางเรา และถือว่าท่านได้รับทราบและยอมรับข้อผูกพันตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวเมื่อมีการเผยแพร่บนแพลตฟอร์มแล้ว โดยข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการชำระเงินนี้จะมีผลบังคับใช้ต่อคำสั่งซื้อสินค้าและการชำระเงินที่กระทำโดยท่านและผู้ขายเท่านั้น 


2.ท่านตกลงที่จะชำระค่าสินค้าด้วยบัตรเครดิตหรือบัตรเดบิตที่สามารถใช้ชำระหนี้ตามกฎหมายได้

3.ท่านยินยอมที่จะไม่ยกเลิกการชำระเงินในภายหลังเว้นเสียแต่ว่า การสั่งซื้อสินค้าระหว่างท่านและผู้ขายไม่เป็นไปตามข้อตกลง ไม่ได้รับการส่งมอบสินค้า หรือสินค้าที่ท่านได้รับมีลักษณะแตกต่างจากรายละเอียดทีท่านได้รับจากผู้ขายอย่างมีนัยยะสำคัญตามแต่วิจารณญาณของผู้ขาย

4.ท่านรับทราบถึงระเบียบการขอคืนเงินที่ชำระสำเร็จจะกระทำได้ต่อเมื่อผู้ขายยินยอมและเป็นผู้แจ้งความประสงค์ที่จะทำการคืนเงินเท่านั้น

5.ท่านรับทราบถึงการคืนเงินทั้งหลายให้ทำผ่านกลไลการชำระเงินเดิมและให้แก่บุคคลที่ทำการชำระเงินนั้น

ท่านรับทราบถึงการไม่รับประกันเงินคืนจะเข้าสู่บัญชีของท่านอย่างตรงต่อเวลา การดำเนินการชำอาจจะใช้เวลาและขึ้นกับแต่ละธนาคาร และ/หรือผู้ให้บริการการชำระเงินที่ดำเนินการคืนเงินนั้น



Payment Terms and Conditions 

1.You agree to comply with our guidelines, rules, and policies regarding the purchase of products through the website. Besides, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the changes published on the platform. The payment terms and conditions will apply to purchase orders and payment made between you and the seller. 


2.You agree to pay for products by credit or debit card that can be used for a legal settlement

3.You agree not to cancel the payment later unless you receive a product that does not appropriate to the agreement, the product has not been delivered within the shipping period, or the product you receive is significantly different from the seller description

4.You acknowledge the Refund Policy of a payment that are successfully paid, this can be done only when the seller agrees and notifies the refund request.

5.You acknowledge all refunds to be made through the original payment method and to the person making the transaction.

6.You acknowledge no guarantee that the refund will be credited to your account on time. The refund process may take time and depends on each bank and/or the payment service provider who process the refund.



นโยบายการเปลี่ยนคืนสินค้า 

นโยบายการเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า ที่แจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบทั้งก่อนและหลังการสั่งซื้อ มีดังนี้ 


1.ระยะเวลาที่ลูกค้าสามารถแจ้งการเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้าได้ ภายใน 7 วันนับจากได้รับสินค้า

2.ข้อกำหนดระหว่างการเปลี่ยนสินค้า/คืนเงิน หากสินค้าชนิดเดียวกันไม่มี สามารถเปลี่ยนเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าชนิดอื่นหรือคืนเงินแทน

3.บริษัทฯ เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบในการเรียกเก็บ/จัดส่งสินค้าคืน รวมถึงค่าจัดส่งที่เกิดขึ้น

4.ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่งสินค้าชิ้นใหม่/คืนเงิน หลังจากได้รับสินค้าคืน ภายใน 3-5 วันทำการ

 

Return Policy 

Return or refund policy is something you should notify customers of before and after purchase, topics are as follows: 

Period - the customer can request an exchange/return of the product within 7 Days after receiving the product.
Requirements - product return, would be exchanged with the similar product, different product, or just refund.
PAUL (Company) - in terms of packing, shipping, and receiving the product.
Period - time needed for exchanging/returning product within 7 Days.
